Okay, so I'm usually pretty skeptical about dental floss. I mean, it's floss, right? How different can it be? But I saw this Vitis one and it was on sale, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I have to admit, it's actually pretty good. It doesn't shred as easily as some of the cheaper stuff I've used, and the wax coating is just the right amount. I'm not saying it's life-changing, but for the price, I'm pleasantly surprised. Might actually buy it again.

Tenía mis dudas porque a veces las sedas con cera se deshilachan mucho. Esta aguanta bastante bien, aunque me gustaría que tuviera un poquito más de sabor a menta.

Directions for Use: 1. Cut approximately 45cm (18 inches) of VITIS waxed dental floss. 2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 3-5cm (1-2 inch) section between them. 3. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers. 4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Avoid snapping the floss. 5. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth in a C-shape and slide it gently beneath the gum line. 6. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth, unwinding from one finger and winding onto the other as you progress.
Recommended Frequency: Use daily, ideally after every meal, to remove food particles and plaque effectively.
Additional Tips: Be gentle to avoid injuring your gums.
If your gums bleed, it may indicate inflammation. Continue flossing regularly, and the bleeding should reduce over time. If bleeding persists, consult your dentist.
Rinsing with mouthwash after flossing can further enhance oral hygiene.
Choose a time of day when you're not rushed to ensure thorough flossing.
