Directions for use: 1. Cut approximately 45cm (18 inches) of dental floss. 2. Wrap most of the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 3-5cm (1-2 inch) section between them. 3. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers. 4. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a sawing motion. 5. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth in a C-shape, sliding it beneath the gum line. 6. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
Recommended frequency: Use daily, preferably at night before brushing.
Additional tips: Be gentle to avoid damaging your gums.
If bleeding occurs regularly, consult your dentist.
