Recommended Frequency: Apply the wax as needed to relieve discomfort. This may be several times a day, especially after adjustments or when you first start wearing braces. You can remove the wax before eating and reapply afterward.
Additional Tips: 1. Ensure your braces are clean and dry before applying the wax for optimal adhesion. 2. Start with a small amount of wax and add more if needed. 3.
