This floss is strong doesnt break easily and it feels good on my gums. I like that its waxed makes it easier to slide between my teeth. Will buy again for sure.

Directions for Use: 1. Cut a piece of GUM Bluterweave Waxed Dental Floss approximately 45-50 cm in length. 2. Wrap the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 3-5 cm section to work with. 3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Avoid snapping the floss into your gums. 4. Curve the floss into a "C" shape against the side of each tooth. 5. Slide the floss up and down along the tooth surface, reaching below the gum line. 6. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth. 7. Discard the used floss properly.
Recommended Frequency: Use GUM Bluterweave Waxed Dental Floss at least once a day, preferably before bedtime, to remove plaque and food particles your toothbrush may miss.
Additional Tips: Be gentle when flossing to avoid injuring your gums.
If your gums bleed, continue flossing regularly. Bleeding should decrease as your gums become healthier.
If bleeding persists or you experience pain, consult your dentist or dental hygienist.
Store your floss in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
