Directions for Use: 1. Cut approximately 45 cm (18 inches) of VITIS Waxed Dental Tape. 2. Wrap most of the tape around your middle fingers, leaving a 3-5 cm (1-2 inch) section between them. 3. Hold the tape taut between your thumbs and index fingers. 4. Gently guide the tape between your teeth using a back-and-forth motion. Avoid snapping the tape. 5. Curve the tape around the base of each tooth in a "C" shape, ensuring the tape reaches slightly below the gum line. 6. Slide the tape up and down against the tooth surface to remove plaque and debris. 7. Use a clean section of tape for each interdental space.


Recommended Frequency: Use daily, preferably after brushing, to maintain optimal oral hygiene.


Additional Tips: Be gentle to avoid damaging your gums.
If your gums bleed, it may indicate inflammation. Continue using the tape daily, and the bleeding should subside within a few days. If bleeding persists, consult your dentist or dental hygienist.
For tight spaces, the flat, waxed design of VITIS Dental Tape allows for easy insertion without shredding.
Rinsing with mouthwash after flossing can further enhance your oral hygiene routine.

Ingredients: PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), Paraffin Wax, Flavor, Sodium Saccharin. WARNINGS: Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist. Supervise children under 6 years of age to avoid accidental ingestion. Dental floss is not a replacement for brushing and regular dental checkups.
