How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the VITIS Sonic S20 brush head.
2. Moisten the brush head with water. 3. Place the brush head against your teeth at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 4. Turn on the brush by pressing the on/off button. Select your desired brushing mode: Normal, Precision, or Massage.
5. Gently move the brush head back and forth across your teeth and gums in small circular motions, without applying too much pressure. 6. Follow the quadrant change indicator every 30 seconds to ensure even brushing across all four quadrants of your mouth.
7. After two minutes (the recommended brushing time), turn off the brush. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 9. Rinse the brush head under running water and store it upright in a clean, dry place. Replace the brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
Recommended frequency: Use the VITIS Sonic S20 twice a day, for two minutes each time, after breakfast and before bed, for optimal oral hygiene.
Additional tips: For best results, use the VITIS Sonic S20 with a fluoride toothpaste. Do not press too hard on the brush head, as this can damage your gums.
