Place the brush in your mouth before turning it on to avoid splattering. Gently guide the brush head across your teeth, using small, circular motions. Brush for two minutes, paying attention to all surfaces: the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of each tooth.
Divide your mouth into quadrants and spend 30 seconds on each. The toothbrush may have a built-in timer to help you with this. Rinse your mouth and the brush head thoroughly with water after brushing. Store the toothbrush upright to allow the brush head to air dry.
Replace the brush head every three months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed. Brush twice a day, morning and night, for optimal oral hygiene. Remember to supervise younger children while brushing.
