How to use the Oral B Trizone 3U Replacement Electric Toothbrush
It is recommended to brush your teeth three times a day, after every meal. Afterwards, use dental floss or dental floss for the hardest to reach areas, finishing with a mouthwash for a complete oral cleaning.
