Directions for Use: 1. Wet the brush head and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. 2. Attach the brush head to your compatible Oral-B handle. 3. Turn on your Oral-B electric toothbrush. 4. Gently guide the brush head along the gumline and over each tooth surface, allowing the brush to do the work. 5. Spend about 30 seconds on each quadrant of your mouth. 6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly after brushing. 7. Rinse the brush head and allow it to air dry.


Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, every day.


Additional Tips: For optimal results: Replace your brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn.
For sensitive gums: Apply gentle pressure while brushing and avoid aggressive scrubbing.
Consult your dentist: For personalized advice on oral hygiene practices and the best brush head for your specific needs.
