How to Use: 1. Before first use, charge the toothbrush fully (up to 16 hours). 2. Wet the brush head and apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste. 3. Place the brush head in the mouth and guide it slowly from tooth to tooth, ensuring it reaches all surfaces (front, back, and chewing surfaces). 4. Brush for the dentist-recommended 2 minutes. The toothbrush has a built-in timer that pulses every 30 seconds to indicate when to move to a different quadrant of the mouth. 5. After brushing, rinse the brush head thoroughly and allow it to air dry. Remember to replace the brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
