How to Use: 1. Remove the old brush head from your Oral-B electric toothbrush handle by gently pulling it off. 2. Align the new Oral-B Pro Cross Action replacement brush head with the metal shaft of the handle. 3. Push the brush head firmly onto the handle until it clicks into place. 4. Wet the bristles with water. 5. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush head. 6. Place the brush head in your mouth and turn on the electric toothbrush. 7. Brush each quadrant of your mouth (upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left) for 30 seconds, as indicated by the built-in timer (if your toothbrush has one). 8. Move the brush head slowly across the teeth, allowing the bristles to clean along the gumline and between teeth. 9. After brushing for the recommended 2 minutes, turn off the toothbrush. 10. Remove the brush head from your mouth and rinse it thoroughly with water. 11. Store the brush head in a clean, dry place.
