How to use: 1. Remove your old brush head from the Oral-B handle. 2. Firmly attach the new Oral-B Pro Cross Action refill brush head onto the handle. 3. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush head. 4. Place the brush head against your teeth at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 5. Turn on your Oral-B electric toothbrush. 6. Gently move the brush head from tooth to tooth, spending a few seconds on each surface. 7. Don't press too hard. Let the brush do the work. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.

Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth for two minutes, twice a day, every day.

Additional tips: Replace your brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the CleanMaximiser bristles turn yellow.
For optimal oral hygiene, use in conjunction with Oral-B floss and mouthwash.
