How to Use: 1. Attach the brush head to the Oral-B iO2 handle by gently pushing it onto the metal shaft until it clicks into place. 2. Wet the brush head with water and apply a pea-sized amount of your favorite toothpaste. 3. Place the brush head inside your mouth and against your teeth. 4. Press the power button to turn on the toothbrush. 5. Gently move the brush head around your mouth, cleaning each tooth surface. Use a light pressure and let the brush do the work. 6. Brush for the dentist-recommended 2 minutes, dividing your mouth into four quadrants (upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left). The toothbrush will pulse every 30 seconds to indicate when to move to the next quadrant. 7. After 2 minutes, the toothbrush will automatically turn off or indicate that you have reached the recommended brushing time. 8. Remove the brush head from your mouth and rinse it thoroughly with water. 9. Rinse your mouth with water. 10. Turn off the toothbrush. 11. Detach the brush head by gently pulling it off the handle. 12. Store the handle and brush head separately in a clean, dry place.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed, for 2 minutes each time.
