1. Remove your old Balene toothbrush head by gently pulling it away from the handle. 2. Align the new Balene Replacement Soft Head with the handle and push it firmly until it clicks into place. 3. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles. 4. Place the Balene toothbrush in your mouth and turn it on. 5. Follow the instructions provided with your Balene toothbrush handle for optimal cleaning time and technique.
Recommended frequency:
