How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before applying. 2. Twist off the top of a single-dose unit of Care+ Moisturizing Ophthalmic Solution. 3. Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull down your lower eyelid. 4. Hold the unit above your eye and squeeze gently to release one drop into the lower eyelid sac. 5. Close your eye for a few seconds to allow the solution to spread evenly. 6. Discard the single-dose unit after use. Do not reuse.


Recommended frequency: Apply one drop to each affected eye up to three times a day, or as needed.


Additional tips: 1. Avoid touching the tip of the single-dose unit to your eye or any other surface to prevent contamination. 2. If you experience any persistent eye discomfort, consult your eye doctor. 3. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. 4. Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy. 5. If you wear contact lenses, consult your eye doctor before using this product. 6. This product is for external use only.

Ingredients:
Sodium Hyaluronate, Sodium Chloride, Disodium Phosphate, Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate, Water.

Warnings:
Do not use if the single-dose container is damaged.
Do not use after the expiration date.
Single-use only. Discard after use.
