this is the only eyewash I will use to clean/wipe my eyes every morning and night to keep my dry eye/blepharitis at bay (I also use a hypochlorous spray after the cleaning). It’s brilliant as it doesn’t cause any soreness/itchiness on my sensitive eye area.

Slightly tilt your head forward and gently place the filled eye bath cup over your eye, ensuring a comfortable seal. It is recommended to let the solution reach room temperature to avoid temperature contrast. 4. Blink several times (approximately every 5 seconds) while the eye bath is in place to allow the solution to cleanse and rinse the eye. 5. After approximately 30 seconds, tilt your head forward and remove the eye bath cup. 6. Gently dry your eyelid and eyelashes with a clean cotton pad or compress. 7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for your other eye. 8. Rinse the eye bath cup thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry completely before storing.
