Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and remove the plastic wrapper. 3. Locate the grip at the bottom of the applicator barrel. 4. Pull the smaller, inner tube of the applicator until it clicks into place. 5. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina, aiming slightly towards the lower back. 6. Once the applicator barrel is almost fully inside, push the inner tube completely in to release the tampon. 7. Carefully remove the applicator. 8. Wash your hands again.
Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours. Do not use a tampon for more than 8 hours. Choose the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.
