Directions for Use: 1. Perform a skin sensitivity test 48 hours before each application, even if you have used hair color before. Apply a small amount of the mixture to a discreet area of skin, such as behind the ear or on the inner elbow. Leave for 48 hours. If any irritation occurs, do not use the product. 2. Put on the gloves provided. 3. Pour the Naturtint Colourant into the Colour Developer bottle. 4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously for 2 minutes, until the mixture is completely blended. 5. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair. Start at the roots, then work through to the ends. Ensure all hair is covered. 6. Leave the colour on for 30 minutes. For resistant grey hair, you may need to leave it on for up to 40 minutes. 7. After the development time, rinse hair thoroughly with warm water until the water runs clear. 8. Apply the Naturtint Nutrideep Multiplier to damp hair. Massage in and leave for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. 9. Dry and style your hair as usual.
Recommended Frequency: Typically, re-application is recommended every 4-6 weeks, depending on hair growth and colour fade. You may need to re-apply sooner if you have a lot of grey hair or if you wash your hair frequently.
Additional Tips: For best results, avoid washing your hair for 24-48 hours before colouring. This allows natural oils to protect your scalp. Use a colour-safe shampoo and conditioner to prolong the life of your hair colour. If you have long or thick hair, you may need two boxes of Naturtint to ensure complete coverage. Always perform a strand test before applying the colour to your entire head to check the colour result and ensure you are happy with it. Protect clothing and surfaces from staining during application. If any colour gets on your skin, wipe it off immediately with a damp cloth.
