My dermatologist actually suggested this cream, and so far, I'm pretty happy. It's definitely hydrating, which is what I needed for my dry skin. I've noticed a slight improvement in the fine lines around my eyes. The only thing is, it leaves a bit of a sticky residue at first, but that fades after a few minutes. Overall, a good night cream.
