Directions for Use: 1. Dispense a generous amount of Control Almond Milk Massage Gel onto your palms. 2. Apply the gel to the desired area of your body. 3. Gently massage the gel into the skin using circular motions. 4. Continue massaging until the gel is fully absorbed. 5. For enhanced relaxation, warm the gel slightly between your hands before application.
