A friend recommended this for my seasonal allergies. It's pretty good, clears my sinuses well. The only thing is the vials can be a little tricky to open sometimes, but overall, I'm happy with it.

Directions for Use:
For Ear Cleaning: 1. Detach one single-dose unit. 2. Open the unit by twisting the top. 3. Tilt your head to one side. 4. Gently insert the tip of the unit into the ear canal. 5. Squeeze the unit to release the solution. 6. Remain tilted for a few seconds to allow the solution to work. 7. Repeat on the other ear if necessary. For Nasal Cleaning: 1. Detach one single-dose unit. 2. Open the unit by twisting the top. 3. Gently insert the tip of the unit into one nostril. 4. Squeeze the unit to release the solution. 5. Repeat on the other nostril if necessary. For Eye Cleaning: 1. Detach one single-dose unit. 2. Open the unit by twisting the top. 3. Apply the solution to a sterile gauze pad. 4. Gently clean the eye area with the moistened gauze. For Wound Cleaning: 1. Detach one single-dose unit. 2. Open the unit by twisting the top. 3.
