Sinomarin® is a 100% natural, clinically proven1,2 nasal decongestant. It is a hypertonic seawater solution (2.3% NaCl), rich in beneficial ingredients from the sea (mineral salts and trace elements). Sinomarin® relieves nasal congestion and sinus pressure by the natural mechanism of osmosis. Furthermore, Sinomarin® helps to moisturise and cleanse the nasal passages, removing accumulated mucus, crusts, dust, debris, pollutants, allergens and infectious agents. The seawater used in Sinomarin® is obtained from Cancale Bay on the French Brittany Coast. The area is known for its open seas and strong tides, and therefore constitutes a guaranteed quality seawater. The water is closely monitored by the French Water Authorities and complies with the standards imposed by the French Ministry of Health. Sinomarin® contains no medicines, preservatives or chemical additives. No adverse reactions to Sinomarin® such as dryness of the nasal passages, habituation or rebound effect have been reported. Sinomarin® can be used as often and for as long as required, without limitation. Sinomarin® can be used alone, as a natural alternative to decongestant medicines (local corticosteroids, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors), or in combination with them, to improve their efficacy. As such, it helps to reduce the duration of treatment and may help to reduce the consumption of medicines in general.

Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Insert the nozzle of the Sinomarin® Soft bottle into one nostril. 3. Press the nozzle briefly to deliver a gentle spray of the solution into the nasal passage. 4. Allow the solution to drain out, taking any excess mucus with it. 5. Repeat the process in the other nostril. 6. Clean the nozzle with soap and water after each use and dry it thoroughly.


Recommended Frequency: Use Sinomarin® Soft as often as needed, from 1 to 4 times per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. It can be used for extended periods without risk of habituation or rebound effects.


Additional Tips: For adults and children over 2 years old. For children under 6 years of age, parental assistance is recommended. Sinomarin® Soft can be used in conjunction with other nasal medications, if necessary. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or if you experience any discomfort. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
