Okay, so I've been using this nasal spray for about a week now. Honestly, it does what it says on the tin – clears up my stuffy nose pretty quickly. For the price, it's definitely a good deal compared to some of the other brands I've tried. My only slight issue is the spray nozzle; sometimes it feels a bit too forceful, almost like it's blasting my sinuses. But overall, happy with the purchase.

Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any obstructions. 2. Remove the protective cap from the nasal spray. 3. Tilt your head slightly forward. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly and quickly while inhaling gently through your nose. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the protective cap.
