Directions for Use:
1. Wash and dry your nose thoroughly. Ensure your skin is free of makeup, lotions, or oils. 2. Remove the plastic backing from the nasal strip. 3. Center the strip over the bridge of your nose, with the flexible "springs" facing downwards. 4. Press down firmly on each end of the strip and rub gently to ensure good adhesion.
Recommended Frequency:
Use Breathe Right nasal strips nightly for best results. They can also be used as needed to relieve nasal congestion due to colds or allergies.
Additional Tips:
For optimal performance:
- Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
- For single use only. Discard after use.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- If the strip does not adhere properly, try washing your nose again with soap and water and drying thoroughly before reapplying.
- If you experience any skin irritation, discontinue use.
