I spent ages comparing different lozenges and breath fresheners before settling on these. I wanted something discreet for meetings and these are perfect. The mint isn't overpowering, and they actually do seem to help with that tickly cough I get sometimes. The container is a bit fiddly to open at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine.

Okay, so I got these for a stuffy nose on a plane...and they worked a treat! The mint is strong, but not too overpowering. The balsamic thing is subtle, but you can feel it, you know? Really helps clear things up.
