First time trying a throat spray like this. My throat felt scratchy and I thought I'd give it a shot. It's pretty easy to use, just a couple of sprays and it feels like it coats your throat. I think it helped soothe it a bit, so I'm happy with it so far.

I've been using this propolis spray for a couple of weeks now, and I'm really impressed. I usually get a sore throat with the change of seasons, and this has helped to keep it at bay. I spray it a couple of times a day, especially if I feel a tickle coming on. The taste is fine, a little bit honey-like, and it's so easy to carry around in my bag. Definitely recommend!

I used to take lozenges for my sore throats, but this spray is way better, I think... it's quicker, and I feel like it gets right to the spot. Plus, no sugar!
