I was told to try this by a friend and it really lives up to the hype. I've used their other supplements for energy before and this one for respiratory health is just as good. It definitely helps when I feel a cold coming on, much like their other products help with my daily energy levels. It doesn't taste amazing, but the benefits outweigh that.
