Directions for Use: 1. For adults and children over 2 years of age: Apply a thin layer of Vicks VapoRub onto the chest and throat area. 2. Gently massage the ointment into the skin. 3. For added relief from nasal congestion, apply a small amount under your nose.
Do not apply inside the nostrils, eyes, or mouth. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin.
Do not heat or microwave Vicks VapoRub.
Do not add to hot water or any container where heating water. This may cause splattering and result in burns.
Recommended Frequency: Apply up to three times daily as needed.
Additional Tips: For a soothing vapor experience, you can apply Vicks VapoRub to your chest before taking a warm bath or shower. The steam will help enhance the vapors and provide added comfort. Ensure adequate ventilation in the room.
For children under 2 years of age, consult a doctor before use.
Keep out of reach of children.
If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
