I was really unsure about this, didn't think it would do much beyond a nice smell. But it actually seems to help. The little one was struggling to breathe during a cold, and after applying this, it eased things up a bit. Not a miracle, but definitely a noticeable improvement.

This rub really helps with my little one's stuffy nose. The texture is smooth and absorbs well, not greasy at all. I just wish the scent lingered a bit longer for overnight relief. It's effective for daytime use though.
