I've been using this for my allergies and it's pretty good, la verdad. It's not a miracle worker, but it definitely helps clear my sinuses. I wish the spray was a little more...gentle? It's quite strong, especially for my little one. Still, it does the job, pues.

This is great for stuffy noses. Just a couple of sprays in each nostril and it starts working quickly. I use it before bed so I can breathe easier all night.

Directions for Use:
1. Gently blow your nose to clear any loose mucus. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Hold the bottle upright. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press firmly and quickly on the base of the nozzle to deliver a spray. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7. Clean the nozzle with warm water after each use and replace the protective cap.
Recommended Frequency:
Use 1-3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day.
Additional Tips:
For optimal hygiene, it is recommended that each person uses their own individual bottle.
Do not use continuously for more than 7 days unless advised by your doctor.
If symptoms persist after 7 days, consult your doctor.
