I have super sensitive skin, so I'm always a bit wary of plasters... but these are great! They don't irritate my skin at all, which is a massive plus for me. They stick really well too, which is obviously important!

Directions for Use: Apply the plaster to the clean, dry heel area. Press firmly to ensure proper adhesion. Leave the plaster in place for up to 7 days or until it naturally detaches.
Warnings and Storage: Store in a dry, cool place. Do not apply to open wounds or infections. If irritation or adverse reaction occurs, remove the plaster and consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions for Use:
