I wasn't entirely convinced when I first bought this gel pack, honestly. I've tried a few similar products before, and they usually don't hold their temperature for very long. But this Physiopack surprised me. It actually stays cold (or warm) for a decent amount of time, which is really helpful for my knee after gym sessions. The size is also just right, not too bulky.

For heat therapy, you can heat the pack in the microwave or in hot water. If microwaving, start with short intervals (10-15 seconds) and check the temperature frequently to avoid overheating. If using hot water, immerse the pack for several minutes until it reaches the desired temperature. Always wrap the pack in a cloth before applying it to your skin.
Apply for up to 20 minutes. Allow your skin to return to a normal temperature between applications. You can use the pack several times a day, as needed, following these precautions. Always monitor your skin for any adverse reactions, such as redness or irritation. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
