I was looking for something to give me a bit more support during my workouts, especially when doing squats. I spent ages comparing different thigh supports online, reading reviews and trying to figure out what would be best. This one seemed to have a good balance of support and comfort, and I'm really happy with it. It stays in place well and doesn't feel too bulky under my gym leggings. Definitely a good buy.
