1. Ensure your leg is clean and dry before application. 2. Turn the stocking inside out up to the heel. 3. Carefully insert your foot into the stocking, ensuring the heel is positioned correctly. 4. Gradually pull the stocking up your leg, smoothing out any wrinkles or creases as you go. 5. Ensure the stocking is evenly distributed and not bunched around the ankle or knee. 6. Fasten the Velcro closure, adjusting the tightness to achieve the desired compression level. Do not overtighten.
7. Check that the stocking is comfortable and does not restrict blood flow.
