Place your foot inside the foot section, ensuring the heel is positioned correctly. 5. Gently pull the pantyhose up over your heel and ankle, smoothing out any wrinkles. 6. Gradually pull the pantyhose up your leg, ensuring even distribution of the fabric. 7. Adjust the waistband for a comfortable fit. 8. Avoid bunching or twisting of the fabric.
Recommended Frequency:
For optimal results, wear your Jobst Panty No. 140 daily. It is recommended to put them on first thing in the morning before swelling occurs and remove them before going to bed. Your doctor may recommend a different wearing schedule based on your individual needs.
Additional Tips:
