I've been having some back pain lately, probably from sitting at my desk all day. I decided to try this heating pad after seeing it recommended online. It heats up really quickly, which is great when you're in pain. I usually put it on for about 20 minutes at a time, and it really helps to loosen up my muscles. For the price, it's definitely worth it. The material is also soft and comfortable against my skin.

Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure the heating pad is unplugged before handling. 2. Spread the heating pad flat on a dry surface. 3. Place the desired area of your body (back, neck, etc.) on top of the heating pad. 4. Plug the heating pad into a standard electrical outlet. 5. Select the desired temperature setting using the control switch (50º C or 55º C). The power indicator will light up. 6. After use, unplug the heating pad from the electrical outlet. 7. Allow the heating pad to cool completely before storing. 8. To clean the cover, unplug the pad, remove the cover, and follow the washing instructions on the cover's label.
Recommended Frequency: Use the Dr. Line Heating Pad for 15-20 minutes at a time, two to three times a day, or as needed. Do not exceed the recommended usage time.
Additional Tips: 1. Never use the heating pad while sleeping. 2. Do not use the heating pad on infants, children, or individuals insensitive to heat. 3.
