My physio recommended this. It seems to be doing the trick, so far so good.

This is way better than the generic brace I had before. It's more comfortable, but the velcro strap could be a bit stronger, it sometimes comes loose during my workouts.

The app isn't the best although it works okay when you get used to it. Very good selection and prices though, for delivery to the UK.

Royal Mail : Took a few days longer than originally indicated. However, given the New Year holiday and severe snow here in north Scotland, a few days delay was very understandable.

Shop Online Bsn Medical Actimove Episport Epicondilitis Elbow Brace S at best price.
Product features:
- HEALTH: Orthopedics
Product Reference: #271255
Instructions for Use: 1. Position the brace approximately 1-2 cm below the elbow joint, ensuring the pad rests over the extensor muscles of the forearm. 2. Wrap the strap around your forearm, securing the Velcro fastener comfortably. The brace should be snug but not too tight, allowing for proper blood flow. 3. Adjust the pressure by tightening or loosening the strap as needed. You should feel firm support without discomfort or numbness. 4. Ensure the brace does not restrict your range of motion unnecessarily. You should be able to bend and extend your elbow with moderate resistance.
Recommended Frequency: Wear the brace during activities that aggravate your epicondylitis pain, such as playing tennis or using tools. It can also be worn during periods of rest to provide support and promote healing. Consult with your doctor or physical therapist for personalized recommendations on how long and how often to wear the brace.
Additional Tips: 1. Proper positioning of the brace is crucial for its effectiveness. If you are unsure about the correct placement, consult a healthcare professional. 2. Avoid overtightening the strap, as this can restrict blood flow and cause discomfort. 3. Combine the use of the brace with other recommended treatments, such as stretching and strengthening exercises, as advised by your doctor or physical therapist. 4. If you experience any pain, numbness, or discoloration in your hand or forearm while wearing the brace, loosen the strap or remove the brace and consult a healthcare professional. 5. Regularly check the brace for wear and tear. Replace it if necessary to ensure optimal support and effectiveness.
Polyamide, Elastodiene, Polyester, Polyurethane, Silicone
Warnings:
This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions. If you experience any skin irritation or discomfort, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Ensure the brace is not applied too tightly, as this may restrict blood flow. This brace is intended for support and pain relief and should not be used as a replacement for medical treatment. Consult with a physician if symptoms persist or worsen. Keep out of reach of children.
