I wasn't sure about this, but the fleece cover is surprisingly soft. Keeps the heat in really well. Pretty good, actually.

Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure the hot water bag is completely empty before filling.

4. Expel any air from the bag by gently squeezing it until the water reaches the neck.

7. Place the hot water bag on the affected area, ensuring the terry cloth cover is in direct contact with your skin.
8. Do not lie or sit directly on the hot water bag.
9. Monitor the temperature regularly and remove the bag if it becomes too hot.
10. After use, empty the bag completely and allow it to air dry before storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for pain relief. Generally, 15-20 minutes at a time is sufficient. Allow the skin to cool down completely between applications. Do not overuse, as excessive heat can damage the skin.
Additional Tips: Always use the terry cloth cover to protect your skin. Never fill the bag with boiling water. Do not microwave the hot water bag.
