Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure the hot water bag is completely empty before filling.

8. Do not lie or sit directly on the hot water bag.

10. After use, empty the bag completely and allow it to air dry before storing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Recommended Frequency: Use as needed for pain relief. Generally, 15-20 minutes at a time is sufficient. Allow the skin to cool down completely between applications. Do not overuse, as excessive heat can damage the skin.
Additional Tips: Always use the terry cloth cover to protect your skin. Never fill the bag with boiling water. Do not microwave the hot water bag. Check the bag regularly for wear and tear and replace it if necessary. If pain persists, consult a healthcare professional. This hot water bag is not suitable for infants or young children.
