My physio recommended this ankle brace after I twisted my ankle playing tennis. Needed something ASAP this arrived next day. It's comfy lightweight doesn't feel bulky in my trainers. Gives great support defo helps with the pain and swelling. Easy to adjust too. Would recommend.
