Okay, so I got this heat bag thingy. It's decent, does what it says. But the material feels a little thin for the price. I mean, it works fine for my shoulder pain after the gym, heats up evenly, but I'm not sure how long it'll last with regular use. Good value overall, just wish the fabric was a bit sturdier.

Instructions for Use:
1. Cold Therapy: For cold therapy, place the Nexcare™ Cold-Heat Bag in the freezer for at least two hours before use.
2. Wrap the bag: Before applying to the skin, wrap the bag in a thin towel or cloth to prevent direct contact and potential skin damage from extreme cold.
3. Apply to affected area: Apply the wrapped bag to the affected area for 15-20 minutes at a time.
4. Remove and repeat: Remove the bag and wait at least 20 minutes before reapplying. Do not apply cold therapy for more than 20 minutes at a time to avoid skin damage.
Heat Therapy: While the product description primarily focuses on cold therapy, heat therapy is possible. Consult a healthcare professional for appropriate heating methods and durations for this bag. Do not overheat.
Recommended Frequency:
Cold therapy can be applied several times a day, as needed, with at least a 20-minute break between applications. Do not exceed recommended application times.
