1. Open the wristband and lay it flat. 2. Insert your thumb through the thumb loop, ensuring the support sits comfortably on the palm of your hand. 3. Wrap the band around your wrist, overlapping the end over the fastening section. 4. Secure the fastener, ensuring a snug but comfortable fit. Do not overtighten. 5. Recommended Frequency:
