My physio recommended this brace after I started getting pain during my tennis matches. I was skeptical, but honestly, it's made a huge difference. I can actually play a full set without feeling that sharp ache in my elbow. It's a bit bulky, but it's worth it for the support. Definitely doing what it's supposed to.

Instructions for Use: 1. Position the pressure pad over the affected area, just below the elbow joint for lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) or above the elbow joint for medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow).
2. Wrap the strap around your forearm, ensuring the pad remains in place.
3. Secure the strap using the fastener, adjusting the tightness for comfortable compression. Avoid over-tightening.
4. The brace can be worn on either the right or left arm.
Recommended Frequency: Wear the brace during activities that aggravate your elbow pain. You can also wear it for a few hours at a time throughout the day for additional support. Remove the brace at night or when resting.
