Pues la verdad es que estaba usando otro colágeno con magnesio, uno que me vendían en la farmacia de mi barrio... pero a ver, este de fresa está mucho más rico, eso seguro. No sé si es placebo, pero noto las rodillas mejor desde que lo tomo. Igual es que el otro ya no me hacía nada, no sé... El sabor es muy bueno, eso sí, como un batido.
