This ankle brace is pretty good overall. It definitely provides the support I need when I'm working out. The only thing is, the velcro straps could be a bit longer. I have thicker ankles, and while it fits, I'm almost at the very end of the strap. Otherwise, it's comfortable and does the job.

My physio recommended this ankle brace... and, well, it's okay. It does offer some support, I guess, but I was expecting more, to be honest. I don't know, maybe my expectations were too high.
