I'd never used anything like this before, so I was a little hesitant. I'm trying to get back into running and my muscles have been SO sore. This muslera (I think that's what it's called?) actually helps a lot. It's comfortable enough to wear while I'm doing light exercises, and the price seemed fair compared to others I saw online. Definitely worth a try if you're new to this kind of support!
