Okay, so I'm new to this whole muscle recovery thing. I usually just push through the pain, but my friend told me about this stuff. I've been using it after my gym sessions, mostly on my shoulders and legs. It feels really nice going on, not too greasy, and I think it's actually helping me feel less sore the next day. Definitely worth trying if you're a beginner like me!
