This stuff is great. I used to take glucosamine pills, but they were huge and hard to swallow. These packets dissolve easily in water and have a mild taste. Definitely a better experience overall.

Okay, so I'm new to this whole joint health thing, but after a running injury, my doctor suggested I try something like this. I went with this brand because it had good reviews. I like that it comes in individual packets, makes it easy to grab and go after my morning run. I can't say I feel a HUGE difference yet, but I'm hoping with continued use, it will help.
