Instructions for Use: 1. Ensure the heating pad is unplugged from the power outlet. 2. Place the Grand Cross Cervical Heating Pad on a flat, stable surface such as a bed or chair. 3. Position the heating pad around your neck, ensuring it sits comfortably against your skin. 4. Plug the heating pad into a 220-230V power outlet. 5. Use the temperature regulator to select your desired heat setting (1-4). The luminous display will indicate the selected level. 6. Allow the heating pad to warm up for a few minutes before use. 7. After use, turn the temperature regulator to the lowest setting (1) and unplug the heating pad from the power outlet. 8. Allow the heating pad to cool completely before storing.
Recommended Frequency: Use the Grand Cross Cervical Heating Pad for 15-20 minutes at a time, 2-3 times per day, or as needed. Do not use the heating pad for extended periods or while sleeping.
Additional Tips: For maximum benefit, use the heating pad in conjunction with other relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or meditation.
Never use the heating pad on broken or irritated skin.
