Directions for Use: 1. Shake the can well before each use. 2. Hold the can approximately 15cm away from the affected area. 3. Spray evenly over the skin for 3-5 seconds. 4. Do not rub. Allow the product to dry naturally. 5. Wash hands thoroughly after application. 6. Do not apply to broken skin, wounds, or near the eyes or mucous membranes.


Recommended Frequency: Apply as needed, up to 3-4 times per day. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.


Additional Tips: For best results, apply immediately after injury or at the onset of pain.
For enhanced cooling, store the can in the refrigerator.
Do not use with occlusive bandages.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight after application.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients: Aqua, Alcohol Denat., Menthol, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Hypericum Perforatum Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Polysorbate 80, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, CI 42090, CI 19140. WARNINGS: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and broken skin. Do not use on children under 6 years of age. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If pain persists consult a healthcare professional. Do not apply to large areas of the body or use with occlusive dressings. Flammable. Keep away from heat and flame. Store in a cool, dry place.

  • I was a bit unsure if this would actually do much, but the cooling effect is quite strong. It does ease the discomfort, especially after my gym sessions. My only minor issue is that it feels a little sticky if I don't rub it in quickly enough.
