Physiopack® is a cold pack that allows you to relieve joint or muscle pain. It adapts to the injured area and is perfect for reducing muscle stiffness and reducing swelling from knocks, sprains or bruises in a natural way, without the need for painkillers - very practical for sportsmen and women and families with children!

Instructions for Use:
1. Cooling application: Place the Bsn Medical Physiopack Hot Cold Gel Bag in the freezer for at least two hours before use.
2. Remove the gel bag from the freezer and wrap it in a thin towel or cloth to prevent direct skin contact and potential cold burns. 3. Apply the wrapped gel bag to the affected area, such as a swollen joint or bruised muscle. 4. Leave the gel bag in place for 15-20 minutes. Do not exceed 20 minutes per application.
5. Remove the gel bag and allow the skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying if necessary.
Recommended Frequency:
Apply the cold pack as needed for pain relief and swelling reduction. Generally, applying the cold pack every 2-3 hours during the initial 24-48 hours after injury is recommended. Reduce frequency as pain and swelling subside. Consult a healthcare professional if pain persists.
Additional Tips:
1. Do not apply the gel pack directly to the skin without a protective layer. 2. Do not use the gel pack on open wounds or broken skin. 3. If you experience any discomfort or increased pain during application, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. 4. Always allow the gel pack to return to room temperature before placing it back in the freezer. 5. Do not microwave the gel pack. This product is intended for cold therapy only. 6.
